Everytime I try to log in it takes me to the site not found error page?
Web Browser Security and cookies are the most likely issue. Follow these steps:

Internet Explorer
1) Close all MeetPlanB sites
2) Go to tools
3) Choose Delete Browsing History
4) Check off Temporary Internet Files and Cookies and start - wait for this to complete the process.
5) Close your Internet Explorer and re-open
6) Attempt login

Firefox
1) Close all MeetPlanB sites
2) Go to tools
3) Choose Clear Recent History
4) Drop down menu and choose last hour
5) have all boxes checked in details BUT site preferences - start and wait for completion
6) Close Firefox and re-open
7) Attempt Login

Mac users with Safari
1) Download Firefox and use it

I never received a welcome email after joining.
Please check your spam or bulk folder. Many ISPs will move emails that have hyperlinks into the spam folder.

What are my sites?
Please go to My Website Menu, then click on Manage Websites. Both your site links are listed.

Is there an affiliate commission available?
No commissions are offered. Just a great tool to build your business.

Does it matter who my MeetPlanB sponsor is?
No, Given there are no afiliate commissions offered it does not matter and there is no need to change. Nothing wrong with following line of sponsorship, in fact we encourage it, but NOT mandatory and no need to request it to be changed.

Can I use this video on one of my sites or You Tube?
NO! All Ushbb, Inc. Video productions are copyright protected and only authorized to use in the manner available. Anyone found in violation will be immediately terminated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This is and was a part of our Terms Of Service accepted upon enrollment.

Why did I get a receipt from Ushbb, Inc.?
Ushbb, Inc. is producer of Replication Video Marketing Systems for a variety of companies. www.ushbb.com produced the MeetPlanB Video Marketing system. Each month your renewal will be processed and you will receive a receipt.

How fast does the video play?
This will depend upon your internet connection. Our videos play in streaming format meaning it will start playing immmediately as it is still downloading. If you are on a dialup connection the video most likely will have to be completely downloaded to play.

My site won't come up. It takes me to the site error page.
Our system is CaSe SenSiTive and well as literal in its search feature. In short you must enter the site id with your url exactly as you entered during enrollment.

What is the difference in SiteID and Username?
The site id is your unique extension your created for your site link. Your Username is what you use to log into your MeetPlanB back office.

What happens to my prospect's information when they fill out the form(s)?
Two things occur. First, an email is sent immediately to the email address in our system you entered upon enrollment. Make sure you "whitelist" webmaster@meetplanb.com. Second all form submissions are stored in your back office under the contact management section inside of "feedback messages".

When I try to login it says my username can't be found.
Username is not always but CAN be the same as site id. Be careful not to confuse them. Our system is CaSe SenSiTive and well as literal in its search feature. In short you must enter the site id with your url exactly as you entered during enrollment.

Each time I type in my url it takes me to a payment page.
This means you are "inactive" and need to pay to activate or re-activate your site. This most likely would happen if your credit card was declined after the 3rd attempt.

Is there any contract of time or time limits on enrollment?
There are NO time limit requirements. This is a month to month program and you can cancel thru your back office at any time.

How do I cancel my MeetPlanB Membership?
Log into your MeetPlanB back office, go into the My Account menu, choose Cancel.

How do I change my password?
Log into your MeetPlanB back office, go into the My Account menu, choose Modify Password. Once in this area, click on edit, change password, then click update.

How do I change my userid?
The user id cannot be changed. Its only purpose is for logging into the back office. It is never used publically and therefore no need to be changed.

How do I change my site id?
Log into your back office, go into the My Account menu, choose Modify SiteID. Once in this area, click on edit, change the site id, then click update. NOTE: If the site id you desire is already being used by someone else the system will NOT allow you to change it. You must choose another.

How do I change my Credit Card Info?
Log into your back office, go into the My Account menu, choose Update Payment Info. Once in this area, click on edit, change the credit card info, then click update.

I cannot upload my photo.
Please review in detail the photo upload directions over to the left of your screen. All picture extensions MUST be in lowercase. ex: pic.jpg is OK -- pic.JPG will NOT work

How do I change the photo name to lowercase?
Select the entire photo name including extension. with your mouse on top of the name, right click, scroll down the popup menu, choose rename, and change the name, hit ok

My Personal Bio page does not look right. It requires scrolling left to right.
The area in your back office is much wider than the area on your about me page. To control the width of your verbiage so it appears neat on your About Me Page, use the “ENTER” key to start a new line. Each time you hit the enter key it will start a new line on the page and that is what you will see in your About Me Section.

I cannot get past the first page of the enrollment form
Please review the "Critical Error's at the top of the page. This will tell you what fields are wrong. It may say duplicate site id or duplicate userid - The system will not allow this and force you to start over. If you leave any field black (other than skype) it will tell you and make you redo the form. Last, if you see missing ushbb_member, this is the TVI Username field and you must fill that field out.

I am getting Internal Server Error
There could be many different reasons for this. First, Refresh your browser and see if it is corrected. Check the site url you are attempting to pull up and make sure it is entered correctly. Many times it revolves around your browser. Try closing and re-opening the browser or using a different browser. Then retry and if still issues, Try Clearing History, temporary Internet Files and cookies as follows:

Internet Explorer

6) Attempt to view the site again

My freehealthcare site plays but when click on the I it goes to site id not found page
Your URL is Incorrect, Remember site id is CaSe SenSiTive and must be entered exactly as you created. Refer to your back office under website management for exact url.

I attempt to play the freehealthscare site and the getinandhangon video plays.

This can occur when you go from one to the next on the same web browser as your computer is storing memory from where you previously visited and the sites are all in the same system. This will NOT happen to your prospects given you will only be giving them one or the other. To all you to view it correctly simply try another browser or see the FAQ above for how to clear Temporary Internet files and cookies on your existing browser.

My getinandhangon site plays but when click on the I it goes to site id not found page

I want to change my site id.
Go to your back office, log in, go to the My Account menu, choose modify site id, click edit, change to desired site id, click update. If the site id NOT already taken, your changes will be saved. If it is already used, then your changes will NOT be saved.

I just joined and when I go to my sites, the videos won't play. They load and show as playing (the pause button is visible) but nothing is happening.
This is a local issue on your computer with your browser. Try another browser or check settings on existing browser, or try another computer. You may also need to clear Temp Internet Files and cookies. See our knowledge base.

The movie freezes...
Video streaming is always consistent from the output source. The issue that causes a video freeze is always due to connectivity or download speed. This we have no control over and is somethng you will have to deal with on your end. You can check with your service provider to assist you in increasing your download speed and check on working memory in your computer for processing the download. You can also try another computer or try another location to confirm that the issue you are
having is a localized one.

The sound on the movie does not play.
Check your computer for volume, for muting, make sure speakers are plugged in. Test a cd to make sure you hear from your end.

505 Server Error
This is a time out error and it did not process your request. Most cases just refreshing your screen corrects the issue. This is deals with connectivity to the internet, thur the internet, or where the server is you are trying to access. It usually just means systems are busy. If still occurs, wait and try a little later.

Explain Hits Verse Unique Hits
HITS:
A hit is anytime someone (could be you) goes to ANY of your webpages. This includes the getinandhangon and freehealthscare pages. This also includes any of the FAQ pages, About Me, Contact Me, Enroll me, etc. EAch unique page counts as one hit. Our system includes a template page but uniques framed pages inside the template. Each of those count as a hit. Here is an example of how many hits add up when a person starts at a teaser page and finishes at the enrollment page. Getinandhangon main page and video counts as 2 hits (remember video is in its on frame page inside the template), prospects clicks on the register button opening the form (new page) counts as a hit. Now we are up to 3 hits. They fill out the form and submit and they are redirected to your meetplanb site and video (remember videos are in their on page frame) and this counts as 2 more hits. Now we are up to 5. The prospect watches the video, then lets say click on the About me opening new page frame 1 more hit. Next they fill out the contact me form or the preenrollment form - another hit. We are up to 7. Now they submit the form and see a thank you page - now 8 hits. Just remember any page opened counts as 2 hits right out the gate and could be more depending on where the prospect goes.

UNIQUE HITS:
Unique Hits are a totally different animal. Whenever a prospect visits any of your sites the system recognizes that IP address and counts that as a unique hit. Just 1 hit. It will not count that ip address as a hit any more for 24 hours. This is a truer measure of unique traffic going to your site.

I received an email that my credit card didn't process..What do I do.
Log into your back office, go to My Account, then choose My profile, then Update Payment Info, click edit, make the change to the card number, expiration, CVV fields, and address where necessary, click update. The system will automatically rebill in 3 days automatically. Your site still remains Live.
